Ahmed Youssef: Ali addressed the French public opinion to warn of the dangers of the “Renaissance Dam”

Dr. Ahmed Youssef, Executive Director of the Center for Middle East Studies in Paris "CIMO", confirmed that Abdel Rahim Ali wrote many articles in the French media about the dangers of the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam and how Ethiopia could turn the Horn of Africa into a focus of conflict that threatens international security.
