Threats by al-Qaeda are enough to make anybody die in fear.

The threats were so direct and explicit that they could make anybody's blood boil.

However, journalist and renowned writer Abdel Rahim Ali, an expert in the affairs of Islamist movements, did not stop in the face of these threats.

They only increased his insistence on exposing this organization.

In his interview with Al-Ahram newspaper, which was published in conjunction with the threats of al-Qaeda in 2007, Ali stressed that he is not afraid to die in defence of his cause.

This cause, he said, occupied his mind and thinking for over 20 years, during which he exposed the claims of extremists from all Islamist movements.

It is worth noting that the threats against journalist and researcher Ali were published on the website of the Iraqi Resistance and Liberation Forum, an affiliate of al-Qaeda in Mesopotamia.
