Ahmed Youssef: French-Egyptian cooperation on the “Renaissance Dam” file

Dr. Ahmed Youssef, Executive Director of the Center for Middle East Studies in Paris "CIMO", confirmed that Dr. Abdel Rahim Ali wrote many articles in the French media about the dangers of the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam and how Ethiopia can turn the Horn of Africa into a focus of conflict that threatens international security.

Youssef added, during a telephone interview with the DMC evening program, on the DMC channel, on Monday evening, that the coming period will witness important French-Egyptian cooperation regarding the file of the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam.

The Executive Director of the Center for Middle East Studies in Paris indicated that the consulting firms that supervised the agreement between the three countries were French.

 Youssef continued that it is in France's interest in the coming period for Sudan to be a stable country.
